Shipping Information
We use New Zealand Post (NZ Post) to deliver all orders within New Zealand.
Processing Time
- All our jewellery is made once order has been received.
- The time to dispatch depends on the number of orders to be processed. Estimated time frames will be provided on the Home page.
Delivery Time frames
Within New Zealand: approximately 3 business days for urban areas, rural areas takes extra 1 – 2 days. In some areas it make take longer.
Once dispatched, it is up to NZ Post to deliver parcels. We are not responsible for any delays cause by unforeseen events including adverse weather or natural disasters.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel through the NZ Post system.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
Responsibility
- Once your order is handed to NZ Post, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim through NZ Post.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
- We accept faulty or damaged items only. No returns will be accepted if you simply change your mind.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- It may take up to 7 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
