Products & Availability

• All items are handcrafted. There may be small differences in shapes, sizes, finish or design between items. These are part of the unique character of the products.
• We cannot guarantee colours of actual products match our description due to the fact that electronic display of colours varies between devices. We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions.
• Product images are good indications of the actual products. If any of the components making up a product is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, a substitute (or substitutes) part that is similar to what is shown in product images may be used without any notice.
• All parts and components (including crystals, pearls and other beads) undergo quality inspection before production. Some parts may have minor imperfections such as blemishes, marks, scratches, uneven shapes, sizes etc. that deemed acceptable. We strive to source good quality materials but this may not be always possible due to limited number of suppliers available or pricing consideration.
• Product availability may change without notice. Some products may discontinue at any time.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities.  We do not offer wholesale price or quantity.

Jewellery Disclaimer

• Natural gemstones and metals may vary slightly in colour, size, and shape from images shown on our website. These variations are not considered defects.
• All findings used are labelled hypoallergic by our suppliers. However, we cannot guarantee that our jewellery will not cause allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are not allergic to metals or materials used.
• Proper care is required to maintain the appearance and longevity of your jewellery. We provide care instructions, but we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.
• All materials including gemstones are described according to the information our suppliers provided. We do not guarantee authenticity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juju Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
